Following my five years studying kiln formed glass & graduating from W.A.E.S in Westminster in 2005, Dedoubleyou Designs was
established in 2006.
During this time I have been fortunate to have the support both from Business
Link and the Princes Trust.
Since 2004 I have taken part in several exhibitions in London including: 'Cherry
on the top' at the Stark Gallery in London and
'I am 3D artist ' with a group of emerging new artists at The Islington
Contemporary Art and Design fair, as part of the Candid Arts Trust Galleries.
Last year I embarked on a series of art and craft fairs & private exhibitions with great success.
Today I draw inspiration from the beautiful chiltern countryside with all it's
organic forms.
My creations incorporate all of the elements of colour, light, texture & form, which is what makes my work so distinctive and individual. Each piece goes through multiple firing processes and my attention to detail is evident as individual pieces are all hand finished,
creating a desirable one-off glass form.
This has been an exciting venture, exploring new techniques & perspectives on design. My aim is to become more accessible to a wide range of private and corporate
clients, and continue to deliver a unique and individual collection of work
across the world.
